Location: Vadodara (Travel Required)
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive lead generation and new business development for the company. The role involves identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and converting opportunities into successful business outcomes. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-driven, and comfortable with travel as part of the role.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, digital platforms)
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Initiate contact with prospective clients and understand their requirements
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Act as a point of contact for client queries and coordination
Sales Conversion & Revenue Growth
- Present company offerings and solutions to prospective clients
- Prepare proposals, negotiate, and close deals
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
Coordination & Reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams for solutioning and proposal development
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline updates
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback
Travel & Field Work
- Travel to client locations for meetings, presentations, and relationship building
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums

- Basic understanding of sales processes and business development

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in sales / business development (IT/software industry preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking
